The Tokemy Swap Platform User Manual provides step-by-step guidance on accessing, navigating, and executing crypto swap transactions within the Tokemy noncustodial infrastructure. It outlines operational procedures, compliance requirements, security standards, and user responsibilities to ensure secure and transparent transaction execution in alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks.
FORENSIC CRYPTO CERTIFICATION SERVICE
Upon the Client’s written request and at the Client’s sole expense, Tokemy may facilitate access to an independent third-party blockchain forensic certification in relation to digital assets involved in a swap transaction.
Lawful Origin of Digital Assets – Swap Execution – Regulatory Alignment
Tokemy requires Users to declare the lawful origin of digital assets involved in swap transactions. All executions operate under a non-custodial, compliance-aligned framework consistent with MiCA (EU 2023/1114) and the UK AML regime (MLR 2017, as amended).
