1. What is Tokemy?
Tokemy is a digital infrastructure and advisory platform supporting the structured tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) and the execution of crypto swap transactions within a compliance-aware framework aligned with EU and UK regulatory standards.

2. What services does Tokemy offer?
Tokemy provides:
  • Tokenization consulting and structuring services
  • Technical project coordination and smart contract deployment support
  • Non-custodial crypto swap execution
  • Structured investor onboarding with enhanced AML/KYC/KYB controls
  • Optional independent blockchain forensic certification (upon request)
3. Does Tokemy provide investment advice or act as a financial intermediary?
No. Tokemy operates strictly on an execution-only, non-advisory basis.
It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, discretionary services, or regulated financial intermediation.
4. Does Tokemy hold or custody client funds or crypto-assets?
No. Tokemy operates under a non-custodial model.
It does not hold private keys, manage client wallets, or exercise control over user funds. Digital assets are transferred directly between designated wallets.

5. What types of tokens can be supported?
Tokemy supports the structuring of:
  • Security tokens
  • Asset-backed tokens
  • Utility tokens
  • Structured digital instruments
All projects are subject to regulatory positioning, jurisdictional assessment, and technical feasibility analysis.

6. How does the Crypto Swap service work?
Tokemy’s Crypto Swap service enables automated execution of digital asset exchanges based on validated user instructions.
Swaps are executed at agreed market-based rates with automated settlement and predefined fee distribution mechanisms.

7. Is blockchain forensic analysis available?
Yes. Upon the Client’s written request and at the Client’s sole expense, Tokemy may facilitate access to an independent third-party blockchain forensic certification service.
The analysis may include transaction tracing, provenance verification, sanctions screening, and AML/CFT exposure assessment. Tokemy does not perform the forensic analysis internally, does not receive fees from this service, and acts solely as a technical facilitator.
This optional enhanced due diligence support is structured in alignment with MiCA (EU 2023/1114) and the UK MLR 2017 framework.

8. How are commissions and fees handled?
Fees and commissions are programmatically calculated and distributed to pre-designated wallets according to the parameters recorded for each transaction, without discretionary intervention.

9. What investor onboarding procedures are applied?
Tokemy implements enhanced compliance procedures including:
  • Identity verification (KYC)
  • Corporate due diligence (KYB)
  • Beneficial ownership verification
  • Sanctions screening
  • Risk-based AML/CFT assessment
10. Is Tokemy aligned with MiCA and UK FCA requirements?
Tokemy is structured to operate in alignment with:
  • Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA)
  • The UK Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017 (as amended)
  • The UK FCA cryptoasset AML supervisory framework
Tokemy positions its services within applicable regulatory boundaries and does not conduct regulated activities requiring authorization.
