Optional Independent Forensic Certification (Enhanced Compliance Service)Upon the Client’s written request and at the Client’s sole expense, Tokemy may facilitate access to an independent third-party blockchain forensic certification in relation to digital assets involved in a swap transaction.The service may include transaction tracing, provenance analysis, sanctions screening, and AML/CFT risk assessment. Tokemy does not perform the forensic analysis internally, does not receive any fees related to this service, and acts solely as a technical facilitator.This optional enhanced due diligence support is structured in alignment with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and the UK Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017 (as amended).The forensic provider acts independently, and any report issued does not constitute regulatory approval, legal validation, or financial endorsement by Tokemy.
